The Little Detective at Wilhelm5: Braunschweig Becomes the Stage of the Crime

When the dinner table becomes the stage of the crime

In The Little Detective, crime story, dinner, and modern 3D projection merge into an immersive stage experience. At Wilhelm5 in Braunschweig, guests become part of a mysterious investigation: Between culinary courses, suspicious characters, and surprising clues, it is decided who can solve the case.

Sherly's Investigation in Victorian England

The plot leads to an atmospheric Victorian England. At the center is Sherly Baker, who investigates a mysterious murder case. Clues appear where only plates and glasses usually stand, alibis falter, and every observation can trigger a new twist.

3D Video Mapping turns the table into a playing field

The staging rethinks theater: Not a distant proscenium arch determines the evening, but the dinner table itself becomes a visual projection surface. High-resolution 3D video mapping, acting, and interactive elements combine to create a dense theater atmosphere. Light, projection, and acoustics create a dynamic stage set that directly engages the space.

Crime dinner with theatrical art and culinary enjoyment

The dramaturgy combines tension and sociability. While a multi-course menu is served, the crime case evolves step by step. The audience observes, combines, and discusses together. This creates a special audience reaction: Each table becomes an investigative team, each course accompanies a new clue.
