Bizarre Monday Revival: The 90s return to KufA House

On Saturday, November 7, 2026, KufA House in Braunschweig will transform into a time machine for alternative, indie, and rock fans. The Bizarre Monday Revival brings back the musical energy of the legendary Jolly Joker parties to the dance floor – with original DJs Malte and Martin, an authentic 90s music mix, and a night full of nostalgia, guitar riffs, and club culture.

A party with history and cult status

Since 1994, up to 2,500 party people have celebrated Bizarre Monday on Mondays. The first DJs Malte Hoffmann and Thorsten Meier shaped the sound of the Braunschweig alternative and indie scene. Since 2023, Advanced Music has continued the revival series. The previous editions in 2023, 2024, and 2025 were sold out.

Alternative rock, indie, grunge, and crossover

Only songs that were played at the historical Bizarre Monday parties will be featured in the DJ set. Alternative rock meets indie, grunge, nu metal, Neue Deutsche Härte, and crossover. The result: a powerful music mix that evokes memories and keeps the dance floor moving deep into the night.

DJ set with original Bizarre Monday feeling

Malte and Martin will musically shape the evening and bring the atmosphere of the Jolly Joker times to KufA House. Expect distinctive guitars, driving beats, anthemic choruses, and a crowd that sings along to every classic. The club experience thrives on the direct contact between DJ set, sound system, and dance floor vibe.

Four years of revival, a special night

The 2026 edition marks the 32nd anniversary of the original Bizarre Monday history and the fourth installment of the revival party. Those who experienced the alternative and indie culture of the 90s will encounter familiar songs and faces. Younger guests will discover a party series whose energy still resonates today.

Conclusion: This night belongs to the dance floor

The Bizarre Monday Revival combines a musical journey through time, authentic club culture, and the raw energy of a real alternative party. Secure your tickets early and experience live at KufA House why Bizarre Monday has cult status in Braunschweig.
