CLIMATE IN CITIES – Pub Quiz in Braunschweig: Knowledge, exchange, and future visions

CLIMATE IN CITIES – Pub Quiz in Braunschweig: Solving puzzles, discussing, and shaping the future together

How well do we know the climate-adapted city of tomorrow? On Thursday, November 12, 2026, the Sustainability Center in Braunschweig invites you to an interactive pub quiz focused on climate adaptation, economy, and future visions. The evening combines knowledge games, social exchange, and current questions of sustainable urban development.

Quiz night with a scientific background

The pub quiz is organized by ReSpace!, an interdisciplinary research project of the Technical University of Braunschweig. It focuses on questions that bring science and society together: How are cities changing due to climate change? What solutions improve quality of life? And what roles do economy, planning, and collective action play?

Atmosphere between knowledge and exchange

The Sustainability Center creates an open event atmosphere for everyone who is curious about the city of tomorrow. The event experience thrives on joint guessing, brief discussions, and surprising perspectives. Whether with extensive prior knowledge or simply out of interest in climate protection and urban development: the audience's mood is created in teams.

Sustainable urban development as a common theme

The pub quiz playfully categorizes complex future issues and creates an accessible entry point to climate adaptation. The event planning focuses on interaction rather than frontal lectures. Thus, the quiz night becomes a varied outreach for students, city enthusiasts, sustainability fans, and people from the Braunschweig neighborhood.

Conclusion: Share knowledge and experience live

Visitors can expect an informative, sociable evening with questions about the climate-adapted city, economic contexts, and future visions. Those who want to discuss sustainable urban development not just through reading but through joint discussion and playful discovery will experience a special evening at the Sustainability Center.
