Oldschool Loud'n Heavy shakes Braunschweig

On Friday, November 6, 2026, the KufA Haus at Westbahnhof transforms into a meeting point for rock and metal fans. Oldschool Loud'n Heavy combines live concert, scene culture, and after-show party into a long night with nostalgic sound, heavy guitars, and authentic Braunschweig club atmosphere.

The Grey and Means to Collapse live on stage

The focus is on the bands The Grey and Means to Collapse. Their sets promise powerful rock and metal sound, intense stage performance, and an audience vibe that pushes forward from the first riff. The event looks at the roots of the regional scene and brings classic hardness together with current live energy.

The audience determines the sound of the evening

Especially noteworthy is the interactive cover special: beforehand, fans can vote on rock and metal classics. The two most chosen songs will be played live by the bands. This creates a concert moment with direct audience participation, surprising twists, and a setlist that is not just created on stage.

After-show party with guitar-heavy crossover

After the concert, the night continues seamlessly. In Area 2, DJ Micha from BS Oldschool will spin a crossover mix featuring guitars, rock references, and danceable club moments. The after-show party creates the transition from a focused concert experience to an exuberant celebration that lasts into the night.

More than music: Scene, history, and solidarity

The supporting program includes merchandise stalls from the bands, a free retro gaming corner from the retro gaming museum, as well as an exhibition from the Rock'n'Roll History Museum with historical photos and exhibits from past gigs and venues. The Metalclub Hotel 666 e.V. will also be present with an information stand.

The evening also supports the children’s hospice Löwenherz. Donation boxes will be available on site, and song requests for the DJ are possible in exchange for voluntary donations. Thus, Oldschool Loud'n Heavy combines live atmosphere, scene solidarity, and social engagement.
