La La Land in Concert combines great cinema with a live concert experience in Braunschweig. On the occasion of the tenth anniversary of “La La Land”, the critically acclaimed film will be screened at the Volkswagen Halle Braunschweig and accompanied live by the film music of the Staatsorchester Braunschweig.
The concert is announced as the opening film concert of the Filmfest Braunschweig and thus marks the beginning of the film festival program. While the film is shown on the screen, the music is played live by the Staatsorchester Braunschweig. This way, cinematic images and orchestral sounds come together directly.
Film and Live Music at the Volkswagen Halle
“La La Land” stands for a special connection of cinema, music, and great emotions. At this event, the film is not just presented: the film music is played live, turning the screening into a collective concert experience. The anniversary thus provides a fitting occasion to bring the film back to the big screen in a special form.
For the Filmfest Braunschweig, the event also marks a festive beginning. Visitors can expect an evening where the cinema experience is enhanced by the presence of the orchestra. The Volkswagen Halle Braunschweig serves as the venue for this special concert format.
