Experience Rammstein live in Mexico City on a big screen
Rammstein brings the power of their stadium production to the ASTOR Filmtheater Braunschweig: Rammstein – Live in Mexico City shows the spectacular concert recording of the three sold-out nights at Foro Sol in Mexico City. On November 4, 2026, brutal metal, monumental images, and the collective live atmosphere of a Mexican stadium audience blend into an intense cinematic experience.
A stadium show of fire, light, and sound
The recordings were made during the North American leg of the Stadium Tour on October 1, 2, and 4, 2022. About 65,000 people per night turned Foro Sol into a pulsating resonance chamber. On screen, this audience atmosphere meets the precise synchronization of sound, light, pyrotechnics, and stage performance for which Rammstein is known worldwide.
23 songs that traverse Rammstein's career
The concert film takes us through the band's history with 23 songs – from Armee der Tristen to Te quiero puta!. Over more than two hours, a staging unfolds where hard guitar riffs, electronic soundscapes, and Till Lindemann's distinctive stage presence meet a visual orchestration of smoke, fire, and monumental projections.
Paul Dugdale brings the stage up close
Directed by Paul Dugdale, known for producing elaborate concert films of international artists. Changing wide shots from the stadium, dynamic handheld camera work, and intimate close-ups bring the dimension of the Rammstein show into the cinema. The production itself becomes a dramatic stage space: massive architecture, focused direction of the effects, and a sound that makes the band’s energy palpable.
The concert experience at ASTOR Filmtheater
At the ASTOR Filmtheater Braunschweig, the audience can expect no ordinary movie but an audiovisual concert experience. The large screen makes every light signal and movement visible, while the powerful cinema sound carries Rammstein's industrial metal dynamics into the hall. Fans experience the Mexican stadium night together, without having to travel to Mexico City themselves.
