Pimp my Mood: When musical cabaret bursts at the seams
On Sunday, October 25, 2026, the Kleine Haus of the Staatstheater Braunschweig will transform into a stage for a fast-paced evening full of music, slapstick, and witty dialogues. Pimp my Mood brings the new program NOW IT GETS TIGHT! to Braunschweig and sends Dilly and Dolly into a wonderfully turbulent stage adventure.
Dilly and Dolly in high tension
Daniel Martins and Anika Loffhagen embody the quirky duo Dilly and Dolly. What begins as a festive event around the awarding of the Golden Freischwimmer quickly turns into a rapid succession of absurd situations, pointed word battles, and surprising twists.
Music, slapstick, and quirky life situations
The musical cabaret combines captivating songs with situational comedy and a satirical look at the small and large burdens of everyday life. Deutsche Bahn, fashion, artist WG, relationships, and societal expectations provide the material for a stage program with tempo, rhythm, and plenty of cringe-worthy moments.
An intense live experience in the Kleine Haus
The proximity of the Kleine Haus brings every reaction immediately into the action. Singing, dialogues, and physical comedy meet a concentrated theater atmosphere, where every punchline hits directly into the audience. Instead of interchangeable entertainment, the audience can expect a precisely timed interplay of music cabaret, theater energy, and black humor.
Sunday evening with a laughter guarantee
Doors open at 5:00 PM, the program starts at 6:00 PM and is expected to last until 8:00 PM. Tickets are available in advance at the Kleine Haus, online, and at the box office.
Conclusion: Pimp my Mood - NOW IT GETS TIGHT! delivers two hours full of songs, chaos, quirky stage characters, and surprising punchlines. Those who want to experience musical cabaret with a direct live factor should not miss Dilly and Dolly on October 25, 2026, in the Kleine Haus.
