Alex Stoldt brings dry punchlines to Braunschweig with QUASI NICHTS
On Friday, October 16, 2026, Alex Stoldt will perform his solo program QUASI NICHTS at the Great Hall of Brunsviga. The show starts at 8:00 PM. The new stage program focuses on self-ironic observations, quick-witted everyday comedy, and a deliberately unexcited stage performance.
Dry humor with maximum effect
Alex Stoldt is one of the distinctive voices of younger German stand-up comedy. His particular strength lies in his apparent indifference: While other comedians rely on grand gestures, Stoldt works with precise timing, sober narration, and surprising mental detours. It is precisely from this controlled calm that an intense live atmosphere arises, where small observations condense into big moments of laughter.
A solo between everyday life, absurdity, and understatement
The title QUASI NICHTS delivers on its promise and simultaneously opens up space for Stoldt's characteristic perspective on the world. His humor arises from seemingly trivial situations, social frictions, and the contradictions of modern everyday life. The stage performance is characterized by clear language, pinpoint synchronization of facial expressions and voice, as well as a direction that uses every pause as part of the punchline.
From the comedy collective to the big stage
Since 2019, Alex Stoldt has been present at places like NightWash and open mic stages. He gained greater attention through his collaboration with Marvin Hoffmann, Yorick Thiede, and Sebo Sam in the comedy collective 4 Feinde, which performed at the Lanxess Arena in Cologne in 2022. For his work, Stoldt was also awarded the audience prize at the Prix Pantheon.
Brunsviga as a stage for strong live moments
The Brunsviga at Karlstraße 35 offers the perfect setting for an evening where not volume but observation and timing dictate the sound. In the Great Hall, a concentrated audience atmosphere, direct communication, and the special closeness of a comedy show converge. The advance ticket price was 26 euros plus fees; the event is sold out according to the venue.
Conclusion: An evening for fans of precise stand-up comedy
Those who appreciate dry humor, intelligent observations of everyday life, and an unmistakably understated stage presence will experience a special comedy evening with Alex Stoldt and QUASI NICHTS. The blend of understatement, absurd thought patterns, and pinpoint punchlines unfolds its full effect live in the hall.
